Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our clan. People often recognize me on Instagram and I write about my adventures ranging from highs and lows. My parents took my family to America in the year 1990 when I was only one and a half years old. I wouldn't be sharing my story with you today had my parents not worked to the max and sacrifice. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me become prosperous. I believed my life would be the same way as I graduated from university, be offered an executive position, marry and begin with a family. Although I was convinced that this was the ideal definition of the ideal life, reality had other strategies. The money and the status of my position was not what I wanted to be. I was convinced that I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. In 2013, I discovered my love was exercising. I also liked socializing and being able to help other people. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I discovered private training. My small business was started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. As an Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few. As coach, my mission is to encourage others to live a healthy and happy life by creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to each individual's needs and goals. I also strive to empower people to pursue their dreams and do whatever they would like to do in their life. When my work was taking off, I suffered the most devastating loss in my life to date- the passing of my mother. To be in Heaven she is now in peace following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. Yet, I keep the memory of her daily. It is possible to learn from life, even though we may not be able to see it now. The passing of my mother has altered my life in many different ways. It is my belief that her passing gave me the chance to start an entirely new chapter. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time for her to transition to the next chapter of her life and for me to have the chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. As I approach my 30s, I have a sense of living and being alive. It's not like I just exist anymore. My life is shared with you in hopes that you'll be able to connect with my words and experiences in order to let you know that you are not alone, for you to know that you are beyond capable of anything that you can imagine. and that love is real, that therapy is not a problem and to be healthy is truly the most valuable asset. Because death is all that we can have I wish you a great time in living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
