Canadian screen actor, best known for her role on Lost Girl as Bo Dennis. CBSs Blood & Treasure was her first role in 2019. Earthstorm (2006) and The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk was born Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk a professor and Ilkay who is an actor, director instructor of playwrights and producers, as well as Director of the Drama department at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas very first memories of her included going to play rehearsals and witnessing her mom working. Silk played a role as a youngster in many commercials. She earned a Bachelors degree of Arts in 1997 at St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in at minimum two performances in the early days of theatre. They were Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1998). They have sons named Samuel and Levi. In 2009, she was cast in the lead role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. The character she played Bo together with Lauren as love-making, same-sex couples in Lost Girl was named one of the series's all-time Favorite Television Couples by CNN and named the Top TV Couple in 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk's popularity on the internet grew as a consequence of the show.
