The most famous of her roles is her character Judy Kramer from the 2005 Fox TV series Point Pleasant and Marcy Brender from the Dawson's creek series. In 2003 she portrayed Marina Cooper on the Guiding Light. The role won her a nomination in the Soap Opera Digest Awards in 2003 for Best Newcomer. Dollar appeared in ABC's Women's Murder Club as Cindy Thomas between 2007 until in 2008. Dollar starred on The 2012 NBC Happy Valley pilot which was not selected for the series.
